I have a lot to post today

I have no idea what I want to be for Halloween.

My pants keep falling down because I forgot to bring my belt. I'm afraid I'm going to moon someone.

A company called Dagoba makes dark chocolate that's 87% cacao. It's like eating guinness.

I have a new favorite cereal. Well it's not really new, but I haven't eaten it in quite a while. It's called Weetabix and it kicks ass.

I did a track workout this morning. I am now tired. I'm doing a buddy run tonight with TNT. I will not run hard.

Short sentences are fun.

Liverpool's season so far has been disappointing. They're doing well in Europe, but they're domestic form is really lacking. They lost 2-0 to Fulham over the weekend. No knock to Fulham, but Liverpool can do a lot better than that. I'm not sure if Rafa has found a good strategy for the Premiership yet. I hope he nails something down soon because we could end up finishing 5th again this year and that's just not acceptable for Liverpool.

The rejuvenation tent at the end of the race yesterday was great. I got a massage and then some Jamba Juice green tea thing. It was like drinking liquid candy.

I have Bridge School Benefit tickets for this weekend but still need to find someone with whom I can go. I don't want to give up my tickets.

Pretzels after a long run are the best thing in the world.

Seeing a whole bunch of people trying dance after running a marathon is funny.

I can't think of anything more to type. Holy crap.

Did you pick up some womens rashguards as recommended?

That Jamba Juice stuff was excellent. I stood there and grabbed six of those tiny cups and gulped them down. They said it had Vitamin K, and in my opinion that's the best tasting vitamin ever. The foot massage afterwards was equally pleasing.

I think I would have become diabetic if I stayed any longer in the tent with the Jamba Juice. It was EVIL!
