cor, i'm knackered

Holy crap on a saggy stick I'm tired. Yesterday I did a recovery run of four miles from a weekend of nice running. Later that night I went to a boxing class that I've been going to for the past couple of months and just kicked my ass. This morning I woke up at 5am to go do a track workout to work on my speed. I was utterly done by the second mile interval that I couldn't finish it and ended up only doing half. Later today I'll be running 6 miles. Luckily I have a lot of tea to keep me going through the day.

I'm about a pound off from being 175 lbs. I'm hoping to get down to 170 by the end of this month. At the rate I'm going I think I should be able to do it.

I like spicy *insert fish here* rolls better than normal rolls. I like that tanginess. Sushi rocks after a hard workout.

This boxing class I've been taking is really awesome. It's about an hour and a half with the first portion consisting of core and upper body strengthening followed by some bag work. I sweat more during this class than I do when I run. I love it though because I get to work out some aggression on the bags. Although that aggression tends to carry over after class, and I end being really pushy on the road when I'm driving.

I have a Darth Tater.

MMmmmm....spicy *insert fish here* rolls. They were my favorite too. I can't wait until I can have real sushi again. The Cali and veggie rolls help curb the cravings a little, but they just don't compare.
