Poop

I had a shitty run yesterday. I mean literally. I wanted to do an extended tempo run yesterday and was about 2 miles into it when I felt a tingling in my stomach. Apparently the carnitas burrito I had last night was coming back to haunt me. I trired running through it, but it was running through me. I stopped. I walked. I tried to run again. I stopped...again. I was desperately looking for a source of relief but none was in sight. I'm thankful that Palo Alto is so rife with people that have exhoribtant amounts of disposable income that you count on at least every block having a house being remodled. Why I am thankful for all the remodling? The portapotties that come part and parcel with the construction sites. Hallelujah for Acme Sons and Co.!

I hurt my foot. It hurts when I walk but not when I run. Huh?

Tied House Maibock is some good damn beer.

Less than three weeks until San Diego. I am nervous.

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. My foot was killing me when I walked, but whenever I ran, it felt perfectly fine. Weird.

I'm super nervous about San Diego. I can't believe it's only 2 weeks away! EEEEEKKK!!!!
