A sign?

I did some Yasso repeats on Thursday. I ran them all pretty consistently at around 3:00 min/800m. This gives me some hope that I can run that 3 hour marathon!

Hey, good work! I started adding Yasso's recently, too. I did 3x800 in 3:40 minutes each, hoping they will propell me to a 3:40 finish.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you if you keep yours crossed for me, OK? :)

Can I cross mine too?? Sunday 30K race for me!

I'll keep everything crossed for both of you. If I go into a sudden seizure then you'll know why.

I was really happy with my repeats last Thursday. I was originally going to do them with my running buddies, but ended up not going because of work. Consequently I had to do them by myself, all 10 of them. Like I mentioned in my post I ran them all consistently, and I even ran the last repeat in 2:56. I can almost taste that 3 hour marathon.

Damn, you're a rock star. I hope to be as fast as you some day. I'm considering doing San Diego also, but it's a quick turnaround from L.A. to S.D. In any event, I can just do it for fun instead of trying to PR.

I'll say it again, then - Dag, yo! Where have you BEEN?
