Have a nice trip?
Before running on the track this morning, we did a short little warmup. Just as we were getting back to the track I tripped over this speedbump and took a tumble. Somehow I managed to do a pseudo tuck-and-roll and not hurt my legs. I just landed on my left hand and right shoulder, nothing too bad. The track workout this morning though, that was killer. I was sucking ass! I have lost a lot of my speed over the last month, and feeling really tired this morning. It probably didn't help that I worked out twice yesterday. I'm reconsidering doing these double workouts on Monday because I want to be able to get a decent Tuesday morning run.
